We have been providing IT Support for businesses in and around Chester for thirteen years. Our Total Care package provides IT support when you need it, for a low monthly subscription. For both business and domestic customers we provide onsite support for any IT equipment.
When you rely on your IT equipment then you need to know that it is reliable. The cost of maintaining an IT infrastructure can be a serious burden for any business. With these two considerations in mind we offer a solution that provides reliability and low cost.
Our Total Care service provides a proactive approach to maintaining and repairing your IT infrastructure for a low monthly subscription. From only £15 per month we will look after your IT equipment and keep it working. We provide remote support to give a quick and efficient service but when a site visit is needed we make a single £20 charge regardless of the length of time that we are onsite. Any parts required for repairs are charged but we will always provide a quote first and Total Care subscribers receive a discount.
To terminate a subscription we require 30 days notice. There are no termination fees or additional costs. See the case study below for an indication of costs:
A business with five PC’s and a fileserver would be charged £60 per month for the server, and 5 x £15 for the PC’s which is £135+VAT per month. This would make sure that all of their PC’s are kept up to date with software patches and updates, that their antivirus updates are working and if they needed assistance with day to day operating of their PC’s they would receive help as and when they need it.

We are able to repair your hardware, reconfigure software and resolve network issues. For subscribers to our Total Care package, onsite support is provided at £20+VAT regardless of the length of time an engineer is required. We are upfront and transparent about any additional costs that are required to resolve your issues.

Credits are valid for one year after purchase. Credits are not transferable to another entity
Credits must be pre-purchased and paid for in full BEFORE support is provided
Support Credit payments can only be made online through our Support Credit Management Solution
TST will estimate how long a support task may take before commencement and may, at their discretion, ask for payment for additional credits before starting work.
Whilst our support team will use reasonable amounts of skill and care to resolve problems you have referred to us, you accept that, in some instances, we may not be able to correct your problem using our remote support service.
We rely on the information you give us to operate this service. Such information must be complete and as accurate as possible to enable us to effectively resolve your problem.
Support times will be itemised and sent to the client on a monthly basis, whilst they have active credits.
